This (and the previous 2 pictures) are very interesting to me.
This was a behavior I saw several times - the birds would swim in a circle for a little bit (15? 20? seconds) and then two opposite each other would dive, then soon after the other two would.

I've talked with people, and the consensus is that the movement is some how mesmerizing the fish some how - making them easier to catch
